Malta is hosting a seminar on ¨Greening of the Maltese Industry 2016¨, which will take place on the 13th April 2016. The seminar is organised by the Cleaner Technology Centre, which is based at the University of Malta, and has the main mission to facilitate the emergence of joint initiatives between the government, industry and the University.
The main objective of the event is to bring regulators and industrialists together and discuss what the requirements in Malta/EU are and what they are doing to reduce the environmental impacts. To this end, the event will be opened by Hon. Leo Brincat MP - Minister for the Environment, Sustainable Development and Climate Change and Hon. Chris Cardona MP - Minister for the Economy, Investment and Small Business and followed by top-notch speakers that will comprehensively talk about the Maltese industry and how to greening the industry in practice.
